This is a ripe, aromatic, perfumed wine. Apricot, jasmine even a hint of pineapple on the nose. It's a fully flavoured wine with lots of stone fruit, some spice too and a long finish. There is a lot going on and its a weighty wine with plenty of extract and would work well with middle eastern dishes, tagines, flavourful salads etc. Loads of character.
