This pretty 20 hectare vineyard overlooking the Dordogne valley from St Emilion is planted on clay-limestone slopes. Known as one of the best Saint-Émilion Grand Crus, Puy Blanquet has a rich history. Owned today by the Jacquet family, the vineyard is managed by Pierre Meunier, who has a deep respect for tradition and quality. Plantings consist of 75% Merlot – 15% Cabernet Franc – 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Hand harvested. Thermo-regulated concrete tanks ensure well-controlled fermentations. 12 months oak aging (10% new barrels)
