Domaine Chauveau, Pouilly Fume

Domaine Chauveau is run by Benoit - Emmanuelle Chauveau in the little hamlet of St Andelain. With three different AOP's in their range, there is a clear understanding of the different terroirs moreover what can be achieved from this part of the Central Loire Valley. All the wines are very expressive and show excellent typicity of their individual AOP.

Lively and fresh. Notes of limestone and yellow fruits (mirabelle plum) dominate the nose.
