Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Mango

Brewed with locally grown barley, wheat and rolled oats. Primary fermented with mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. This beer is fermented for three months before refermenting and conditioning on 200g/l of Indian Alfonso Mangoes.
