Esprit de pavie spends 15 months in oak barrels which have already been used once for Château Pavie and Château Monbousquet. Made with 60% merlot, 20% cabernet franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a generous wine with intense aromas of blackcurrant. Round, fresh and lively on the palate.
