The attributes of Auslese are clarity and concentration on the variety.  Mineral and yet fruity.  Riesling in pure culture.  In this vintage we had perfect conditions for a great Auslese, which presents great concentrated fruit aromas with an incredible lively acidity and a beautiful freshness.

Short standing time then gentle pressing.  Careful fermentation and maturation in stainless steel on full lees until June 2017 without fining or any other technical measure.
