Pazo Torrado is  100% Albariño grape . Produced in the winery according to the traditional methods of the  Val do Salnés , in the Rías Baixas. Pazo Torrado is our traditional Albariño : fruity, tasty and pleasant to the palate. Pazo is the Galician name given to the great houses. The  Pazo de Torrado was built in the second half of the 17th century  and converted in the early years of the 21st century to serve as the headquarters of the Rías Baixas Regulatory Council. It is located in  Cambados , where every summer since 1953 an award is given to the best Albariños. We want to pay tribute to the lovers of this wine, winegrowers and winemakers who, since the  Albariño Festival , have brought this Galician wine to the world and feel it in their hearts.
