Robert and I have long coveted a Bandol in our offering – we are pleased to have found one, and it is a cracker! JP Gaussen are proud ultra-traditionalists, so expect a classic. There’s a touch of orange to the pink colour, wonderful Provence nose of dried herbs and crisp red fruit, and a palate that combines salinity and freshness with more savoury, deeper notes.
