Description
Its lovely, intense colour is a particularly vivid, brilliant red. The bouquet is intense, with slightly spicy hints and lots of fresh, red-berry fruit. The freshness of the initial impression leads into an elegant, well-balanced structure, with red-berry fruit and soft, resolved tannin. Its oakey overtones are initially discreet, but become more intense on the lovely, long aftertaste.
Vinification
Fermentation - In stainless-steel temperature controlled tanks with patented cap-braking system.
Maturation
Wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels (30-40% new) with racking each trimester.
