Delicate and sensual nose opening up with wild strawberry aromas. Unctuous foam leads into a fine, light and delicate wine on the palate. Nice complexity of flavour ending with a lingering finish marked by freshness and red fruits.

Hand harvested - Pneumatic press in whole bunches. - Juice selection : pure cuvée. - Selected yeast / Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures by grape varieties. 

Minimum 18 months on lees

Summer apéritifs and this sparkling wine is a marvellous match for mousseline desserts and red fruit sorbets. It also goes well with white chocolate desserts or mascarpone mousse with red fruits.
