Distant Noises, Cabernet Sauvignon

A perfect mix of all the elements of beautiful Cabernet: blackcurrants, slight herbaceous notes, pencil, cedar, tobacco, and it's now getting velvety, but with just the right amount of grip on the finish that makes it good with food.  Lots of class and quality winemaking from Tom Carson, one of Australia's most awarded winemakers.  Just 13% alc. Will keep for a few more years.
