A young, dry white wine made from a careful selection of the grape varietals grown in Can Feixes, carefully nurtured to express the primary fruit and floral characteristics so typical of our grapes. Throughout the years, the dedication of the Huguet family to our vines have made this wine a true classic that ranks amongst the great white wines of the Penedès.
WINEMAKING: Only own harvest. Selected picking by hand of the different varietals exclusively from our own organic vineyards followed by a second selection at the bodega. Exclusively first must, obtained by gentle pneumatic tank-press. Clarification by natural precipitation and static decanting. Fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
AGEING: A young wine matured in stainless steel tanks in contact with lees during the months before bottling.
