Delicately spicy, lots of notes of yellow fruits and rosewood with herbal and earthy nuances. Hints of residual sugar making it perfect for spicy dishes. Fruity, floral and spicy notes reminiscent of rosewood, refreshing finish.
Winemaker's note: "Due to the rapidly warming soil, which is characterized by Rhine sand and river pebbles, the layers in the Durkheim’s nun’s garden is one of the earliest in Bad Durkheim. The sandy gravel bottom with low water storage capacity produces concentrated Gewurztraminer grapes with a great extract."
