An organic vineyard at one of Marlborough best sites, with the grapes hand-picked, produced and bottled on our estate! Our hand-picked grapes arrive a few minutes later in the cool on-site winery, still fresh with no need for Sulphur. The grapes are gently processed in an old bag press and finished in stainless-steel tanks used as fermenters and for blending. Temperature con-trolled ageing in the finest French oak barrels Bottling, labelling and packaging is all done at the winery to ensure the quality is never compromised.
