High altitude vineyards of native varieties, old dry vines, and ecological agriculture.

Wine is elaborated and aged following artisanal methods in wooden fudre, stainless steel, concrete and big clay jars in an old winery with caves for aging in an optimal natural envionment.

Rescue great abandoned vineyards of native varieties, recover a cellar with centuries-old caves and back to the past to look ahead.
