Lionel Osmin & Cie Cahors Malbec 2020 is the result of careful winemaking partnership between negociant Lionel Osmin & Cie and contract growers in South-West France. Founded in 2010, the house has built a strong reputation for crafting quality wines in this region.
Made with the grape variety Tannat, originally from Basque region in Spain they produce powerful rustic reds that are dense and juicy. Concentrated on the nose with liquorice, cinnamon and clove. The oak influence comes through with toast and wood smoke. Full-bodied on the palate with sun-dried black fruits, plum and firm tannin. Subtle wood smoke and cedar on the finish.
Produced with zero sulphites.
