Barbadillo, Cream Sherry

This is effectively a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherries with an average Solera age of about 8 years. Brilliant mahogany colour with attractive reddish glints. Aromas of pastries and wood appear on the nose. In the mouth it provides a pleasing silky sensation and a certain sweetness and provides a wonderfully long finish. You could try this chilled or even over ice as an aperitif.
