With a green gold color, the southern side is cultivated by the roundness brought by the Grenache and the exoticism brought by the Roussanne and the Viognier. Aromas of white flowers and apricot, freshness, finesse and structure. A lemony finish.
NOSE: Aromatic, intense aromas of white flowers, elderberry and citrus underpinned by peach.
MOUTH: A nice balance and very aromatic, it is a refreshing wine. We find elderberry, almond, lime.
Serve as an aperitif or with shellfish, sushi, seafood or exotic fruit.
